What is a rectification report?

​

If your pool or spa barrier does not pass regulations on the inspection SafeGate Pools will provide a rectification report to the owner of a non-compliant pool within 48 hours of the inspection outlining the areas of non-compliance and practical solutions to meet the requirements. 

​

A rectification report must be provided to the owner of a non-compliant barrier under Part 9A of the Building Regulations. 

As the owner, you will have 60 days from the date of inspection to rectify the issues and have the barrier re-inspected.
