In 2019, the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) made a mandatory requirement for all pools and spas within Victoria to be registered with Council and hold an up to date Certificate of Barrier Compliance (CBC) at all times.

Our Pool Inspectors focus on a solution based approach to assist you, as the home owner, to rectify problems and achieve legislative compliance and peace of mind.
Our rectification reports clearly identify where the non-compliant issue are and how they can be fixed with practical solutions.
We are available after the initial inspection to discuss the issues with yourself or any tradesperson, ensuring the barrier complies upon re-inspection.
